SonoScape’s X5 Wins iF Design Award 2017
SonoScape is proud to announce that our X5 portable ultrasound system was recently awarded iF Design Award 2017. With an excellent and aesthetically pleasing design, the X5 has been a well received portable ultrasound system and now the X5 reaches new heights of worldly acclaim and international stature by receiving the iF Design Award.
As the second ultrasound system from SonoScape to receive an iF Design Award, the X5 is a light weight and ultra-thin ultrasound system designed similarly with modern laptops for comfort and easy ergonomics. Taking into account the needs of the user, the X5’s control panel is designed to be comfortably operated with one hand in any environment. The X5 incorporates an intuitive button layout for an easier, streamlined workflow and unobtrusive automatic backlit keys. Filled with advance imaging technologies such as C-field beam focus, μ-scan image processing, dynamic multi-beam processing, pure inversion harmonic imaging, and spatial compound imaging along with its own extensive library of transducers ensures the X5 is capable of meeting any requirement in the OR or aboard in the field. The X5 is also ready to go at a moments notice with an incredibly fast boot up time and a built in long lasting battery.
